ASA OS is a private workspace platform for real-estate teams. Each team works in its own workspace, visible only to its invited members. Access requires an invitation and a team login.
Signing in uses your Google account name, email, and photo to identify you to your team. If a team member additionally connects Gmail and Google Calendar (optional), ASA OS reads them with read-only permissions to build a private daily briefing. ASA OS never sends, modifies, or deletes email or calendar data.
Sessions and OAuth tokens are stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure. Documents uploaded for extraction are processed and not kept; generated documents are retained for the team's own use until deleted by their owner. Briefings are retained for 7 days.
ASA OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI models.
Sign out at any time from the dashboard; revoke Google access from your Google account permissions.
