ASA Tools is an internal productivity toolkit used by the Ashley Shaw & Associates real-estate team (Sotheby's International Realty Canada). Access requires a team login.
Signing in uses your Google account name, email, and photo to identify you to the team. If a team member additionally connects Gmail and Google Calendar (optional), ASA Tools reads them with read-only permissions to build a private daily briefing. ASA Tools never sends, modifies, or deletes email or calendar data.
Sessions and OAuth tokens are stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure. Generated documents are retained for the team's own use until deleted by their owner. Briefings are retained for 7 days.
ASA Tools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI models.
Sign out at any time from the dashboard; revoke Google access from your Google account permissions.
